Jessie Tierney

Jessie discovered in college when she was lost in the daily grind and seeking deeper meaning.  Her first experience was a Restorative Class in the basement of the Temple of Kriya Yoga to the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and the slow sweet resonance of the "Om Namah Shivaya" mantra sung by her teacher.  By the end of that class, she was transformed and vowed to bring the healing and self-actualization potential she experienced to as many people as she could through yogic practices.  She became a Certified Yoga Teacher in 2010, lived at an ashram for two years teaching yoga, meditation and pranayama to visitors and guests, and has taught yoga in studios, on horseback, at retreats, in haylofts, basements, and the backcountry since that time.

Seeking a better way to support her many students presenting with physical limitations, she returned to school to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2016 and now incorporates yogic principles into her integrative medical practice, Resonant Frequency Medicine, in Longmont CO, specializing in Frequency Specific Microcurrent, HeartMath and Visceral, NeuroMyoFascial, and Functional Manual Therapies at her private outpatient practice.  Dr. Jessie conducted her graduate research project, a randomized controlled trial on the effects of pranayama (breathing) on Chronic Low Back Pain (access those resources for free, here!) and has been involved in research and presenting at conferences since.

Jessie sees herself as a bridge: her passion is drawing from ancient practices to weave into our modern understanding of the human Bioenergetic field, bringing her clients into an embodiment of their innate wholeness and realization that “You are the Medicine.”  Classes are heart-centered, intuitive, emphasize anatomical precision and are often accompanied by healing frequencies in the form of sound, vibration or PEMF.

Jennifer Maddox

Jennifer began her yoga journey in 2016 with a beginner series and instantly fell in love with the way it made her feel. In late 2017 after a 22+ year career in a corporate setting, she made the decision to complete her Teacher Training and embark on a new path.

Yoga has been instrumental in helping her navigate personal wellness challenges and carrying her through the loss of both parents. As we get older it is especially important to find meaningful practices that nourish the body and spirit, leaving us feeling stronger mentally and physically.

It is her belief that everybody and every body can benefit from yoga. You can arrive on the mat and take what you need in that moment - movement, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, awareness, reflection, community, or connection. Jennifer approaches teaching with a heartfelt desire to give back and share with others something that has been a life changing experience for her.

Erica Wood

Erica began her embodiment journey in competitive ballroom dance with Daniel McGee of TopHat Dance Studio in Philadelphia, performing nationally in dinner dance shows alongside the late choreographer Arte Phillips. Over time, her path deepened into somatic exploration, studying with Amara Pagano of The Path of Azul. Since 2018, she’s been facilitating dance experiences for awakening love and embodied storytelling, leading workshops, retreats, and festivals around the world.

E.Motion Medicine™ is a somatic practice of embodied storytelling and self-leadership. It invites you to slow down, listen to your body, and move with what’s present, emotion, sensation, desire, and truth. Through guided somatic exploration, you’ll learn to trust your inner cues, express yourself authentically, and reconnect with the wisdom your body already holds. This work is rooted in the belief that your story lives in your body and longs to be expressed. Being truly seen and witnessed by another uncovers the shared humanity between us, opening the way to greater clarity, connection, and healing.

Beyond the studio, Erica brings 20 years of experience in leadership development and organizational transformation. She served as Chief People Officer at a high-growth Insurtech in NYC and has advised executive teams at over 200 multinational organizations spanning industries from healthcare and fintech to aerospace and entertainment. She holds a Master’s in Organizational Psychology/HRD from Villanova and a Bachelor’s in Psychology & Business from Temple University, where her academic research focused on alexithymia and emotional processing. She trained closely with neuroscientist Dr. Dan Radecki, founder of The Academy of Brain-Based Leadership, in the neuroscience of leadership.

Allison Clair

Allison is an experienced yoga and meditation instructor with 500+ hours of formal training and more than 2,000 hours of teaching experience across studio, private, and pop-up settings. She teaches a wide range of classes and trainings, and also works with private clients both in person and remotely. Her teaching style is grounded, accessible, and intentionally designed to meet students where they are—whether they are stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to deepen an established practice in movement or seated meditation.

Meditation is a core pillar of her work. In early 2025, she created and taught a four-week beginner meditation module for Solntse Studios in New York, designed to demystify meditation and help students build a sustainable personal practice that doesn't rely on apps or recordings. It's the type of meditation that travels with you, wherever you are. The series was very well received, with students responding positively to its clear structure, supportive pacing, and integration of mindfulness and manifesting techniques. Allison draws from extensive training in mindfulness, mantra-based meditation, Yoga Nidra, and Vipassana, including a 10-day silent retreat completed in Bali. She also maintains a consistent, twice-daily personal meditation practice.

Allison is also a trained Reiki healer, writer, and communications professional with more than two decades of experience in healthcare and wellness. This background informs her thoughtful, articulate teaching style and her ability to create offerings that are both energetically attuned and clearly communicated, supporting students on and off the mat.
