I myself lived like this for decades - terrified of food, swinging between rigid diets and over control and eventually giving in to a body that was tired of being managed and overpowered.
In this free live workshop, we will explore a radically different approach to nourishment - one that honors your body as wise, responsive, and capable of healing from the inside out.
This workshop is based on my book Peace with Self Peace with Food and 10 years of working exclusively with people who have struggled to nourish themselves their whole lives, and who also have histories of trauma and chronic stress.
