Introduction to Silvestre Technique

Welcome Rosangela Silvestre, Brazilian artist and master teacher, internationally acclaimed dancer, choreographer, and creator of the Silvestre Technique! Rosangela is here in Colorado for one short week, teaching a series of classes in Denver and Boulder. Don't miss the opportunity to train with her right here at UnaVida on Wednesday, May 13, 12-2pm. Some movement background is helpful, but no specific training is required. Space is limited. Early registration is recommended to secure your spot.
