Join Gabriel for an enlightening exploration of Out of Body Experiences (OBEs)—also known as astral projection, soul travel or lucid projection. An OBE occurs when your consciousness or awareness appears to go beyond the physical body, allowing you to explore different realms of reality. This natural human phenomenon has been practiced for millennia, and benefits can include spiritual growth, greater alignment with your true self, profound insights, “in-person” contact with spirit guides, a release of the fear of death, exploration of other dimensions and more. Gabriel has extensive experience with this phenomena and will cover many topics such as what OBEs are and how they work, types of OBEs, personal and shared experiences (including his own), techniques, and more. This will be followed by a several live exercises as a class where Gabriel will guide you through having an OBE in real time on chairs and mats working with energy and attempting to have an OBE in an optimized field. There will be time for Q & A. This class is designed for both beginners looking for a foundation and advanced “experiencers” who would like to take advantage of the field created by this class to induce an experience. The information in the workshop will create an immersion effect that may help you have an OBE in the workshop itself or within several days following the workshop.
