Hi, my name is Kelly Coleman, and I am an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, Personal

Trainer, Herbal Medicine Maker, and Yoga Teacher. Over the past 15 years, I have

immersed myself in the study and practice of Ayurveda, Bhakti Yoga, Jnana Yoga,

Karma Yoga, and Raja Yoga—disciplines that have become pillars of my life.

In every role I take on—as a teacher, presenter, or guide—my purpose remains clear: to

help others awaken their potential one curiosity, one practice, and one connection at a

time. Together, we can create lives filled with balance, purpose, and joy—a reflection of

the infinite possibilities within us all.
