Family Constellation work is a profound, experiential method that reveals the hidden dynamics within our family and ancestral systems — the unresolved grief, the excluded members, the inherited loyalties — that silently shape our health, relationships, and life patterns.
In this monthly circle, what has been unseen gets to be seen. What has been carried gets to be returned.
What to Expect
You will gather in a small, intentional group guided by Dr. Alison Kerns, naturopathic doctor and Soul Constellator. Using representatives to map the family field, we create a living picture of the systemic forces at play — and gently move toward resolution and restored order.
This is experiential, embodied work. You do not need to share your full story. The field speaks for itself.
Who This Is For
This circle welcomes anyone who is:
— Curious about repeating patterns in their family, relationships, or life
— Carrying grief, anxiety, or heaviness that doesn't feel entirely their own
— Drawn to ancestral healing, somatic work, or systemic approaches
— New to constellation work or returning for another layer
No prior experience is necessary. Just an open heart and a willingness to be present.
How to Participate
There are two ways to join the circle:
🌀 Seeker — Sliding Scale $150 to $225 As a Seeker you will receive a fully facilitated personal constellation. You bring a question, pattern, or theme you'd like to explore, and Dr. Alison will guide the group in mapping and working within your family field. This is the deepest level of participation and spots are limited.
🌿 Representative / Witness — $40 As a Representative or Witness you hold space within the constellations of others, serving as a representative for ancestors or family members as needed. This role is deeply healing in its own right — the field works on everyone present. This is also a beautiful way to experience constellation work for the first time before committing to a full Seeker session.
