Join us for a free 60-minute Gratitude Yoga practice — a gentle flow designed to nourish body, mind, and spirit. Through slow, mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and a few restorative poses, we’ll ground ourselves in presence and gratitude.
This practice is an invitation to pause, reconnect, and give thanks — for our bodies, our breath, and the shared energy of community. We’ll close with a mindfulness meditation to cultivate warmth, connection, and a sense of belonging that extends beyond the mat.
